Notes;
-- There is going to be femslash. Of course.
-- The couples didn't know each other before.
-- I have no idea why I am starting another fic when it takes me ages to finish them.

It was on. The lines have been draw and the living were against the Undead. Tom fixed the bandana around his forehead, handing off the various weapons in his arms to the rest of the survivors as they looked out the windows and doors of the only safehouse within miles. Everyone they knew outside was no longer alive, slowly becoming one of the skeletal and decaying walking beasts that would zoom in for the kill as soon as they broke through the barriers of the only place that held shelter.
Neither of the nine survivours knew how this war or infection, or what ever it was called, began, but they did know that they could be the ones to end it. All of them shuffled around on their feet a bit, trying to keep warm as the cold drafts blew through the boards on the windows. The desert in front of them had been bare for some days, but they all knew that the Undead would come to claim their lives as well.
As soon as everyone was comfortable with the weapons they were handling, swaps were made, they gathered around the table, a few pulling extra chairs around. Tom, the self proclaimed leader of the group, stood up to speak, but before he could utter a word, Bree got up too, her hand clutching the crossbow like it was the only thing that could keep her feet on the ground:
"I know a few of you have never had any real experiance with these, the Undead. They are more intelligent than the most of you; they know your weaknesses, and they will play with your mind and trick you. You all will learn and need to be prepared for every possible situation."
As Bree spoke, the others paid attention to every word that came out of her lips. They wanted to be informed, but, most of all; they wanted to remain alive.

I.

How much farther?' Robin asked me. I told her I didn't know and that we should just keep walking. We hadn't seen anything in miles; no trees, no animals, no people. It was like we were in a dream. An empty, surreal dream. It felt like no one could save us. All I wanted was for her to be calm and collected, like I was.
I tightened my grip on her hand: 'Please hold on, baby, we'll find a place soon..' I reassured her.
We knew of the Undead. They were walking around somewhere and we could feel it. Every time we stopped to rest for the quickest of seconds, it was like they were catching up and we were the next on the menu.
'We need to find someone..,' I whispered more to myself than to her. She only laced her fingers with mine.
I knew she was scared. The way her hand squeezed mine occasionally; the way she mumbled under her breath. She didn't want to die. Neither of us did.

Katherine awoke to the sound of her girlfriend whining in her sleep. Her grip tightened on the brunette, trying to pull her as close as she could, wanting to make sure that she was real and there to protect her.
"Ssh..," she stroked slowly over Robin's light blonde hair, "I'm here.. ssh.. nothing's going to happen to you.. I promise I'll keep you safe.."

Bree kept a firm hand on her crossbow as she looked through the holes of the wooden boards, just waiting for one of them to show. She needed the satisfaction of knowing she was destroying the thing that caused her life to be in such shambles.
She swallowed, holding in the tears that had threatened to flow. She wouldn't cry. Bree wouldn't allow herself to.
Her head jolted up a bit as she heard a low moan. It sounded like the rumble of an airplane, but she knew not to be so sure. Her legs allowed her to stand as she positioned her bow between a small space, waiting.
"I got you..," she whispered, "..you're going to be all mine." She kept her index finger on the trigger, wanting to release and shoot the arrow, but she couldn't. She couldn't give away her position.

"Lynette," Tom said softly, "Lynette, get up."
"Tom.. come on, the sun's not even up..," she complained, burying her face a little more into his neck.
"No.. I heard something."
When he said that, she was up, looking around, "What.. like.. what did you hear?"
"I don't know," he replied as he grabbed his rifle, "But it can't be good."

Tom left the back room of the safe house and over to Bree, who was still glaring, without blinking, at the tiny space her crossbow resided in.
"Bree.."
"Ssh."
"Bree."
"Tom, shut it," she hissed, "..they have extraordinary hearing at night. They can hear a cough from miles away so. Shut. Up."
He sighed and propped himself beside her, keeping his rifle at his side, where he could grab it instantly in case of an attack.

After a long silence, Bree finally spoke:
"Did you hear it too?"
"I did.. they sounded pretty close."
"Good thing I was on watch, huh?" the redhead smirked a bit, biting her lip some as she looked over at Tom.
"You're always on watch. You never sleep."
"I don't need to. I'm wired. I want to watch those fuckers die," she pretended to set off her crossbow, making a noise that sounded like she was firing an imaginary gun, "And I want to be the one to kill them."
Tom smiled a little. Even though him and Bree got so caught up in who was leader and who came up with the plans, they still were friends with each other. He knew it, even if most of the time she never showed it.
Bree looked over as she felt him staring, "What?"
"Please go get some sleep.. I can keep watch," he said, almost pleading. She was the best on the team and she needed rest.
"I don't want to."
"Come on. Go take my place, please just go calm Lynette down.."
Bree considered the thought. Sure, she'd love to go cuddle with her practically "best friend's" wife, but she felt like she was most needed here.
"Tom-"
"Go, Bree. Go."
She sighed, annoyed and pulled her crossbow from the space as she walked over to him. "Fine, but if you need me, get me."
"I promise. I one hundred percent promise."
"You better," she pointed at him, narrowing her eyes before walking to the back room.

Bree placed her crossbow on the floor before sneaking under the sheet behind Lynette. The blonde cuddled up to her almost instantly.
"I knew he'd send you to bed," she smiled and rested her head on Bree's chest, wrapping her arms and legs around her friend's slender frame.
"Yeah, you're husband's a hardass and he is absolutely unfair," the redhead stroked over Lynette's hair softly and slowly, making the other almost moan.
"He's always unfair," she whispered back, loving the touch the other was giving her.
"Lynnie?"
"Yes?"
The taller of the two pulled the blonde up and kissed her gently. Lynette smiled into the kiss, missing the time they had together, just to be by themselves. Tom knew everything that was going on between them. He said he didn't care, as long as Lynette was happy and taken care of, but sometimes he seemed annoyed by how much Bree would touch her under the table or whenever she could sneak a kiss or two in.
It was unusal. Everyone else knew they were screwing around too, but they pretended that they didn't, for Tom's sake.

I smiled softly as she came up to me, her eyes were glistening in the light. Tom and run off and left her alone. She was cold; oh so cold. I could feel it as soon as I set my hands on her soft skin.
'Where did he go?' I asked as she sat beside me.
'Him, Mike, and Carlos are discussing plans.. he said he didn't want me there..'
Tom knew how much of a worrier Lynette was, that's why he never let her sit in on the meetings him and the other men had. Being stuck with so many women and taken a toll on them, and most of the time, they just needed some guy time.
Well, I want you here,' I whispered, wrapping an arm around her waist, pulling her closer.
'Bree..,' her voice was low. I could tell she was wondering what I was doing.
'Ssh," I swallowed and leaned in, placing my lips on hers as tenderly as I could.
I felt her kiss back instantly, just as soft. Her hand moved to my neck, keeping me in my place; never wanting me to stop.
I held her hips for a minute or two before pulling her on my lap, wanting her to be as comfortable as ever. It was almost like she belonged there.

Lynette was asleep, snoring softly as Bree's hands caressed her back.
"I'll keep you warm," she whispered into her friend's ear, "I'll make sure nothing happens to you."

Come morning, everything was silent once again.
Bree pushed Lynette's arms off of her as she got up, straightening up her tank top. She wandered into the farther room, where Tom was staring out the window, his blinking to a minimum.
Everyone else was asleep; a few in the same room and some in the back, where Lynette was still peacefully dreaming.
"So, did anything happen last night? I didn't hear any gunfire."
"No.. nothing happened, but I stayed up just in case.."
"Should we tell the others what we heard? We should prepare them for attack.."
"We shouldn't.. not yet..," Tom said, almost unhappily, "..let them sleep."
Bree crossed her arms over her chest, letting in a big yawn, "You know they'll be up soon, right? We need to get some food going.."
"Could you do that?"
"I'm not a f*cking domestic goddess," Bree retorted, moving her hands through her hair.
"Do I look like I know how to cook?"
"That isn't something I'm great at either."
"No, but you're really good at screwing my wife right?" Tom questioned, his voice carrying a hint of anger.
"Why are you mad at me for that? You were totally cool with it!"
"Maybe I'm not anymore."
"You're so stubborn. I don't love her. She doesn't love me, so all I am doing is comforting her when you're not there."
"By f*cking her."
"All you do is ignore her, Tom!"
"Because I'm trying to protect her!"

"Guys, please stop yelling..," a tiny brunette whispered, walking up to them; the sheet her and her husband used to sleep under was around her body, keeping her small form.
"We weren't," Bree said softly, biting her lip at Tom.
"Everyone can hear you..," Gabrielle said back, tightening her grip on the blanket, "What were you talking about before?"
Tom looked over at her, "Nothing severe.. just go back to sleep.."
"No," Bree chuckled and stood up, "..help me cook."
The other woman smiled; cooking lessons from Bree? That'll be a nice thing to experience. "Sure!"
"Just take this," the taller one said, placing her hand on Gabrielle's, that was already on the spoon. "Stir it." She moved both their hands in a circular motion; Bree's other hand resting on the brunette's hip, their bodies touching.
Gabrielle bit her lip a bit, loving the closeness. Something about being this intimate with a woman seemed so.. right.
The redhead smirked, sensing that her touches were making Gabrielle shiver. Their fingers laced on the handle of the wooden spoon.
"I thought you were with Lynette.."
"I can be with anyone I want," Bree licked over her lips before planting tiny kisses on the other's neck.
"I can't," she moaned, tipping her head so Bree's lips had more roaming space.
"Of course you can.."

Before the two could get any further, Tom yelled:
"They're coming!"

II.

"They're coming!"

"Okay, everyone, we need the windows covered!" Bree yelled, as she let go of Gabrielle and ran into the front room. Of course the Undead would have to come now, right when she was so close to getting laid for the first time in weeks. Tom was already handing people their weapons as they gazed at the boarded up windows.
Carlos looked to the windows on the left side, "I'll take this one." He nodded and walked over to.
"We need two in the back, two up here, and another with Carlos..," Bree looked around, "And two over there!" She pointed in the direction of the windows opposite of the one Carlos was occupying.
Robin frowned, paniking, "I can't shoot anything, I mean, I haven't used a gun at all, ever! I.. I can't, I can't shoot them!" She starting crying, just wishing this whole thing had never happened. She wanted everyone to be safe, not protecting their own lives from non-living beasts.
"Baby, just stay back, we'll get them, you'll be okay..," Katherine whispered and wrapped her arms around the sobbing blonde.
"Please don't do anything risky, okay?"
"I won't," Katherine placed a quick kiss on her lips before following Carlos to the windows to the far left of the warehouse.
Bree watched the two, sort of sadly, she didn't know what the day was going to bring.. or who was going to make it. They seem so in love..
Mike grabbed his shotgun, "I'll take the back." His wife frowned and ran over to him, taking his arm in her hands and holding it tightly:
"Can't you stay in here? Be somewhere where I can see you.."
"I'll be fine, Susan..," he said softly, trying to consol himself more than her.
"Be safe..," she placed a soft, loving kiss on his lips.
"I'll go with him," Lynette whispered, "I'll make sure he's okay."
Susan smiled softly, "Thanks."
The blonde nodded gently before following Mike to the windows in the back room.
"I'm getting the front," Bree said and positioned herself at the window, along with Tom.
Katherine walked over to Carlos," I guess it's just you and me..," she bit her lip.
The man nodded and handed her a gun, "You can handle an M16, right?"
"Yes," she took it.
"Watch out for the kickback, okay? I don't want you to hurt yourself.
Hurt myself? Does he just think that because I'm a woman? She wanted to call him on it, but she decided against it, just smiling," I will."
Gabrielle and Susan took the other window, narrowing their eyes through the cracks.
"I can see them heading to the back!" Tom said, pointing to the back windows where Lynette and Mike stood, "Get ready!"
The blonde propped the nail gun in her hands against the glass, ready to break it if necessary.
Before the two could blink, the hobbling half-humans were making their way towards the building.

Covering her ears as shots and yells were coming from all sides, Robin pushed herself back against a wall, closing her eyes as tightly as she could, wanting everything she was hearing to go away.
She couldn't stand her girlfriend holding a cold gun in her hands, killing things that were once humans with homes, jobs and families.
They were people too. They loved and lost. They were scared and sometimes they even felt powerful, but as one of the Undead, they couldn't feel any emotions, only the loud noise in their head that was telling them to kill.
Robin feared for her life and Katherine's, but her thoughts were drowned out when she felt something grabbing her neck.

Katherine gripped the gun tightly as she fired another round, hitting one of the bloody, lifeless figures in the head. It dropped like a fly.
Yes!
She reloaded, trying to block out the noises as she fired her gun again, causing two more dead figures to fall on the desert ground below their feet.
Over the roar of the machines in their hands, she had managed to hear a scream; one, that sounded like her girlfriend's.

No one else seemed to hear as Katherine dropped the gun and ran to the source of the screams.
Robin's neck was behing held tightly by a grey, bony hand, which clutched tightly, her airways already closing.
"Robin!" Katherine yelled running to her girlfriend, grabbing her hands to pull away but the hand was just too strong for her.
She seen another Undead appendage come in through the slats, taking the blonde's arm, twisting it until it bend the wrong way. More screams came out of the woman as she was being torn apart alive and Katherine could do nothing to stop it.
She kicked at the limbs, but they didn't budge; she grabbed Robin's waist, just wanting the Undead to let her go, even if she'd have a broken arm.
Katherine heard cracks, like the boards behind Robin were breaking, and with one swift motion, the blonde was yanked through the door, being dragged away by the beasts.
The brunette ran after them, trying to catch up, but after that she felt arms around her waist.

Bree held the other tightly as she sobbed, closing her eyes tightly and pushing her face against the redhead's chest as her girlfriend's screams heightened and subsided.
"There's nothing you can do..," the redhead whispered as she seen Lynette run out behind them.
"Katherine! Why didn't you shoot them?!" She looked up at the things running away, dragging a beat up and torn body with blonde hair. She felt her mouth close tightly, she shouldn't have said that to the obviously broken woman.
The brunette kept crying against Bree as she was pulled back inside. Her hands wanted to pull away, to run away and let the Undead have to too; just so she didn't have to suffer without Robin..
Katherine couldn't help it, she felt the muscles in her stomach tightening; she felt like she was going to be sick. Lynette ran over to help Bree, but stopped when she heard the smaller of them heaving.
Bree quickly held back her hair as the woman emptied her stomach.
"Let's just get you inside..," the blonde said softly as she watched Katherine hold onto Bree's arm tighter, moving to a standing position. Her eyes were already red, all she wanted was to sleep the day away.. or the week.

---

Once everything was settled down and the battle was done until tomorrow or the day after, everyone went to console the woman than had lost her girlfriend.
"Drink this," Gabrielle handed Katherine a bottle.
"I don't even think this is going to be strong enough..," the woman whispered sadly to her feet, taking the bottle, "Thanks anyway.." She moved her eyes to the window that her girlfriend disappeared from, watching the men as they covered it up.
"Why wasn't anyone on that window?" Susan asked, sitting at the table as she cleaned out her gun.
"Well, if Robin wasn't such a-"
"Lynette, not now," Bree hissed. The blonde put her arms up in defense and walked away. The redhead retured to attention to Katherine, "If you don't want to be lonely.. you can sleep with me tonight."
"I'd really like that..," the other smiled a little bit.
Lynette choked under her breath. Of course Bree would do that.

I'm not usually much into zombie stuff, but I have to say I've enjoyed it so far :) It's really exciting. I love how different from her real self Bree is. "I'm not a domestic goddess" - LOL! :D Not to mention that she's some sort of lesbian whore, which I of course adore. I'm just surprised you wrote Kobin... although when Robin got killed, I understood that you went back to your usual self xDDD Hope to read some more soon!

I totally apologize for taking so long, but, you all know how I am, right?

---

III.

Lynette was never really the jealous type; well, not with her husband. Now that the red head she was spending all of her extra time with was now hitting on Katherine, she couldn't help but feel just a little bit mad. She knew she shouldn't feel this way, considering Bree wasn't really hers.
She watched Bree lead Katherine into the back room, just wondering how Bree was going to "cheer up" someone who lost their girlfriend to the creatures of the night. I shouldn't even care, she said to herself as she moved her eyes away, It's not like I have any feeling for her whatsoever, all she is is a replacement for Tom when he's busy playing his little games. I'm not jealous at all. She kept reassuring herself as she went over the Gabrielle to help her start making breakfast once again.

---

"She seemed sweet..," Bree said, biting her lip some as she watched over Katherine. The brunette only shrugged, sitting on what was Bree's designated bed in her area. "You know.. if you want to light some candles or.. cry.. more.. um.. I could help you?" The red head took a gentle breath; she really didn't know how to help anyone who was grieving, seeing as she couldn't help herself after her husband became one of the brain eating Undead.
"No, I'm fine..," Katherine shrugged sadly, taking the sheet Bree slept under at night and wrapping it around her frame. She sniffed just a bit to get rid of the extra blockage in her nose from her sob fest some minutes before. She didn't really know what to say, mostly because her and Robin really kept to themselves; not wanting to bother the others. They weren't friends. Katherine knew she shouldn't even consider her and Bree "friends".
"Are you sure?"
"I think so.." She already missed Robin. She missed her touch and her soft kisses.. her cute sense of humor which would make Katherine laugh even if she was on fire. Her eyes moved back to her hands as she began to pick at her nails, trying to think of something to do to fill the growing awkward silence.
She was grateful that Bree offered to sleep next to her and to keep her company for the night. Having someone's arms around her one last time would help her sleep, she knew that; even if it didn't involve kisses and romantic cuddling, but she could manage.
Besides, Bree's with Lynette, anyway..

---

Everyone ate in silence, no one was moving, no one was smiling. They didn't want to say anything wrong to Katherine to make her more upset.
Susan looked around the table some, "So.." -she wanted to break this silence, everyone needed to stay alert and together- "..I don't know what to say.."
"Then why did you open your mouth?" Carlos asked, not even bothering to look at her.
"Don't you talk to her like that!" Mike growled. All the Hispanic man did was shrug. Susan leaned against Mike's shoulder, staying quiet as she took another bite. He gently kissed her hair before flashing another look at Carlos.
"You know, if you just kept her quiet-"
"Carlos, stop." Tom mumbled.
"Why are you telling me to stop when your wife's screwing the red headed, crossbow weilding whore?" The other asked, rolling his eyes, "If my wife ever did that-"
"You know-"
"Tom," Gabrielle gave him the meanest look anyone has ever seen the petite woman shoot. Bree took a few more bites, keeping her eyes down. Carlos chuckled and moved his eyes to his wife:
"What was that about?"
Katherine looked around, wondering if all of this tension was because they lost Robin to the hoard. She decided not to ask, not wanting to be the next to be attacked by the men.
"It's nothing, sweetie," Gabrielle put on her best smile tilting her head and caressing his arm, "Bree was just helping me cook."
"But you don't cook."
"You know, I really want to learn!"
"So was she doing you, too?"
"No, but you can. Hey! Let's go have sex," The Latina stood up and pulled on Carlos' arm, trying to get him up to follow her. She knew this was the only way to make him forget about anything he had heard, but he didn't budge.
Everyone else stayed quiet, not looking at the couple, but they could help but listen. Bree opened her mouth to say something, but decided not to.
“So what was she doing?”
Gabrielle sighed and sit back down, “She was kissing my neck.”
As though on cue, Lynette dropped her fork, not to quietly. Her eyes switched from Gabrielle to Bree. The red head quickly looked away:
“I.. might have..,” Bree shrugged, swallowing the food that was in her mouth.
“Seriously, Bree? You just cannot have one person’s wife, you need more?” Carlos growled in her direction.
Bree never was one to show her weakness, she’s always been a strong woman. Her shoulders moved to shrug again, but she said nothing as she stayed silent, looking at the remainder of what was on her plate. “I know she’s your wife, Carlos, okay? I’m sorry. I won’t touch her again if you don’t want me to.”
“Damn right you won’t.” He replied before taking another bite.

The rest of the morning was just as awkward. People only spoke to each other if it was something of business, or they needed help with cleaning or with their weapons. Bree was in the back room, laying down, looking at the ceiling. She knew hitting on Gabrielle was a bad idea, but she couldn’t stop. After Orson met his untimely end, Bree really couldn’t deal being with another man (that’s why she wasn’t caught sleeping with her guy friends), but women were a different matter; they felt different things and made different noises and had different thoughts. Bree knew she wasn’t a lesbian in her heart, but hitting on Tom or Mike would just be too weird. She considered them her best friends since she understood them more than she understood her own gender.. well. Maybe, she thought, .. just maybe I’m sort of gay.

---

As the men kept by the windows, next to their weapons, watching through the cracks for another wave of the Undead, the rest of the women in the front room were playing cards.
“So, everyone knows Bree and I are a thing right?” Lynette said as she took some matching cards from her hands and set them on the table space in from of her.
“A thing?” Gabrielle questioned, “She told me she could see whoever she wanted.” She set some cards in front of her, staying as innocent as she could.
“She doesn’t see it now, but she will,” the blonde shrugged.
“Are you really starting to have feelings for her, Lynnie?” Susan bit her lip, “You know she’s not fully into women, right?”
“I know, but I can tell that she really cares for me..”
“And Tom’s okay with it, so, that must mean he knows it won’t last,” Gabrielle shrugged.
“And who are you to decide?”
“I’m just saying, she likes options. Like me.”
“Carlos said he doesn’t want you spending time alone with her,” Susan whispered gently.
“F*ck Carlos.”
“Gabby. She’s mine. Let it go,” Lynette glared and grabbed a card from the deck cutting the space between them.
Katherine stayed as quiet as she could. She really couldn’t say anything about the current state of their relationships, but she sort of felt that Bree didn’t really care who she hurt, she just wanted something to do, even if it broke up friendships.
“She’s just playing you like a highschool boyfriend does when he says he’s going to go study at his friend’s house and he ends up coming back home with marks on his neck and an excuse!”
“Oh, speak from experience, do ya?” Lynette rolled her eyes.
“I’m just saying, she has other options.”
“I’m her only option.”
“The hell you are.”
Susan sighed and set her cards down, putting her head in her hands. Why did they really have to start this now? Did they really think Bree was going to chose either of them?
The two women were still bickering when Bree walked into the room. Gabrielle stopped, but Lynette was still trying to make her point, her voice raising just one octave higher than it usuall was. Susan gave her thigh and good punch to shut her up. The blonde kept her lips together:
“Hey, Bree..”
The other woman smiled just slighty in a response and walked over to the men and started talking to Mike, since he was the only one that wasn’t pissed at her for doing (or wanting to do) his wife.
“Again, Gabrielle,” Lynette whispered under her breath, “Back the hell off.” She narrowed her eyes before looking at Katherine, “That means you too.”
“Me? Why did you think I would sleep with her?”
“Because you had a girlfriend, you know how to get the ladies to sleep with you.”
Katherine looked at Lynette in disbelief. Being so threatening made the brunette want to try to bed the woman of Lynette’s dreams, but she didn’t know what would happen tonight, no one knew.

---

The day dragged on with small talk and just one meeting about what would happen with the next attack rolled around, but other than that, it was remotely quiet. They were either mad or mourning over the loss of someone they didn’t really know, but, still, losing someone when you were supposed to be protecting them kind of takes a toll.
There was no sight of any of the Undead, but two people had to be chosen for the night shift, but, at around one, they would be swapped with two others, or just one if it was a slow night. Carlos and Mike offered to do the first round themselves, allowing the women to sleep, and Tom to be the one person to sleep with his wife for once.

Bree was already laying down on her back, her arm resting on her forehead, her eyes closed. She didn’t open them until she felt Katherine move the sheet some to get in beside her.
“It’s been a rough day..,” the newcomer whispered and rested her head on her hands.
“It really has been. I wish we couldn’t had some silence for Robin, you know?” Bree whispered back, “I mean, I didn’t know her, but.. I wish I kind of did.”
The woman beside her smiled lightly, “It was kind of silent all day.. considering the breakfast drama..” She moved her head just a bit closer to Bree’s chest, but didn’t.. not yet, anyway.
“Oh yeah, that was some drama. I mean, the med know I’m not doing anything to turn their wives against them or anything. I’m only doing this for myself.. and giving them a break from their headaches.” She winked just a bit, trying not to be too loud so the other women couldn’t hear, though she could hear Gabrielle’s snoring clear across the room.
“So you really don’t love any of them?”
“No.. I don’t. They’re already paired with someone, I don’t want to take them away from their husbands, I just want to give them a little fun.”
Katherine nodded quietly, “Yeah.. I know what you mean.”
Bree took this opportunity to wrap her arms slowly around the other lady’s body, pulling her closer. She caressed her back softly, just wanting her to be comfortable. Katherine finally moved her head to the red head’s chest.
“If you want me to stop, you can tell me,” Bree whispered, using her other hand to stroke over Katherine’s sleek brown hair.
“No, I don’t want you to stop.. I just want to be cuddled.. I really miss her, you know..,” she replied, holding back just a bit of tears thinking of Robin.
“I know exactly what you feel right now. I miss my husband, but.. we’ll make it through all of this and.. everything will go back to being better when we find more survivors and we’ll rebuild and find love again.”
“Thanks, Bree..,” Katherine looked up.
Bree stopped her hand movement, looking back at the other woman. She felt something, like a spark, but she didn’t want to do anything about it, as she might ruin this moment. Was it a moment? Did this count? She stopped thinking when she felt Katherine’s lips on her own. She couldn’t help but kiss her back.

Yaaaay! Kathree! :D

I only saw this a couple of days ago and decided I had to read and comment, but only today I've found the time... And I really liked it. I must comment that no-one would notice that you hated Robin in real life. The way you write about her is actually very sweet <3 One of the things I like best about you is the way you describe body language. It's all so visual! However, my favourite moment of all is when you say that "Bree felt some sort of spark, but didn't want to do anything about it because she didn't want to ruin the moment." I can totally understand that! And I'm glad she's finally going to develop feelings for Katherine and neither of the other women, hehe. I have to say, though, that more than a zombie story, this sounds more like a lesbian orgy xD Not that I have anything to complain about though ;)
